Regarding redeemption of credtis

So to redeem the coupon code we need billing account where we have to fill the creadit card.
1. Is there any alternative that we don't have to fill credit card
2. And does the credit card of Nepal works because i have tried but its not working.

    Unfortunately you have to have a valid credit card for this.
